This is a CORO STERLING HEART BROOCH, RED WHITE & BLUE. Definitely a RETRO ERA 1940's to 1960's Piece this Heart has an AQUA Colored Stone in the Center surrounded by Red and White Rhinestones. This is an Exceptional REJA STERLING AQUA CLUSTER BROOCH. Circa 1950 this Brooch is Obviously made with FAUX AQUA STONES.
