| This is a Beautifully Made 14K BIRTHDAY CAKE CHARM that does OPEN to Reveal a CANDLE INSIDE. The size is 15/16" in diameter X 7/16" top to bottom. The Top or surface reads: Happy Birthday; the stones are Faux Sapphire, and Ruby. Additionally, the Top Opens to show the CANDLE inside that is tipped in Red Enamel. Marked on the bottom: GTC/ 14K.
