Chic and fun at the same time and difficult to believe that it isn't signed. What a stunner this amazing retro bracelet is, fashioned of 14kt yellow gold and bright and lively orange-yellow citrines in the central elements as well as on the exterior.. It is constructed simply and beautifully and is a delight to wear. A very special piece of jewelry, indeed. Slightly oval rather than round ensures a wonderful fit. I've never seen anything else quite like it!

Seaman Schepps, sometimes called "America's court jeweler", rose to prominence in NY in the 1930s by changing the face of jewelry with his designs. "With a visionary sense of distinction, Schepps blended the unexpected-marrying diamonds, precious metals and man-made materials, choosing his media brilliantly to create a splendid palette of tone and hue. Through unparalleled experimentation, he pioneered a unique style of jewelry whose sense of splendor offered a new perspective to the world of fine jewelry and created one of the most popular trends in twentieth century jewelry. Schepps stood for style and originality more than wealth and appealed to an enormous range of clients."
These stunning earrings are quintessential Schepps; quilted cushion earrings in 18kt yellow gold wrapped sard (a variety of chalcedony) studded with brilliant citrines. Part of the "Cage Collection", although these are still produced in walnut, I don't believe the sard are still in production. Earrings frame the face and the size, color and accents on these work perfectly with any hair color and most but the dressiest outfits. My theory is to invest in the basics and these are some of the best.

What a stunner! And such fun for the summer. THE ring to go with everything, this black and white agate oval shaped ring is just fantastic!
Black on top and divided by a line of diamonds set in 18kt yellow gold, sitting atop a white agate shank, this is fun and so very in style with oversized rings being shown as all the fashion.

An architectural delight is found in this cleanly designed platinum ring centering an old european cut diamond weighing approximately .62 carat, H color, VVS clarity. Two additional diamonds on either side add bright accents to this fiery and lively center stone. The under gallery design of the mounting appears to have been taken from a chinese pagoda; the eastern arts being of particular interest during this time, it is no wonder.

WOW! That is what I said when I first saw this and still feel that way. A fantastic 18kt rose gold flower brooch, originally most likely a pair of clips that appear to have been transformed into earrings.(See photo with addition of gold piece to cover the pins). 8 petals on the outer rim, surrounding 4 smaller petals all centering a .20 carat diamond. This single clip is the essence of the 1940s Retro style in jewelry and is just stunning.

"Hoo" is going to own this wonderful 14kt yellow gold owl, long held sacred to the Greek goddess of wisdom; hence its association with wisdom. So realistic is this ring; three dimensional with its layers of gold feathers and a gold beak, cabochon black sapphire eyes rimmed with pave diamond eyebrows set in platinum. Utterly charming and fun to wear.
Condition is very good.
