This painting is from 1989 and was titled “Baden-Baden” by the artist. There is also something written under Baden Baden which I believe is in German. Mr. Bach himself was from Germany. The painting and frame are in excellent condition.

This oil painting on board is of a basket of cherries. The cherries are depicted in a very detailed fashion. It is signed M. Hess. We believe it is by Marcel Hess. The painted dates to the late 19th or early 20th century. There is a partial sticker on the back of the board abd it has a New York address. The frame is in excellent condition with no damage. The painting has a small area of crackle on the bottom right. The painting is 19 by 12 ½ and the frame is 22 ½ by 16.
