This earthenware bowl is 11 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. The bowl has a wonderful turquoise crackle glaze. The edges of the bowl and underside have a brown color and it has been potted where it has a rougher texture. On the top edges there is a green glaze sitting on top of the brown in some spots. The bowl is unmarked but we have been advised by a well known auction house that it is Glen Lukens School and probably from one of his students. We date this to the mid 20th century.

This rookwood vase is 4 ½ inches tall and about 4 inches in diameter at the biggest part. The vase has what I have seen described as the hi glaze purple. It is marked on the bottom XXXV for 1935 and has an S for a special shape. There is no mark for the person that finished it. The bottom has a light purple glaze and so does the rim at the top.
