| This is a Japanese champlevé lamp in a very unique shape. The lamp is 22 ¾ inches tall to the top of the socket and 28 inches to the top of the harp. It has a three level double gourd type shape to it. As I say it is really quite unique. The primary color of the enamel is a turquoise. The metal is bronze. On the underside the piece is marked made in Japan. We date this circa 1930. The cord of the lamp has been cut so it will need to be rewired. The socket is original and we do not know if it works. There does not appear to be any damage to the enameling or the metal. | ||
