This very beautiful VICTORIAN antique stained glass window, CIRCA 1900, was removed from a property in Keighley, West Yorkshire, U.K. Windows of this size and of such quality are not often seen. The depth of colors used in the glass (a DEEP AQUA over the flower, a BLUSHED STRAWBERRY i.e. changing shades of deep red, strawberry and pale ruby for the flower, a rich CHAMPAGNE center with a wonderful GREEN below the center and, a PINKISH BRONZE for the surround) is amazing. This old heavy glass picks up and softly diffuses the color of the light falling upon it. This is a striking work of art to enhance any home, office or gallery. This window is still in its original sash frame.
