| Wonderful Flapper Era SHOE ORNAMENTS or BELT BUCKLES ... "Made in France" impressed on the underside metal. Beading is all intact while the back side satin shows much wear and deterioration -- see photos. Most of the beads are tiny and faceted, likely marcasite or hematite beads.
