Standard pattern for all officers with plated triple bar guard and finger fluted black composition grip. 30” curved broad fullered s.e. blade. Plated steel scabbard. Shows storage aging overall. Hilt and scabbard plating complete with light surface encrustation. Grip excellent. Blade shows gray patina, the last third toward the point with isolated areas of pock mark pits, mostly to one side.

One piece malacca shaft with GS ferrule and large ivory tip mount. Fine large ivory handle with pistol grip, the base carved as a armorial belt. Concealed 26” slender thrusting blade with a pair of GS folding guards at the base, each relief decorated as lightning bolts. The guards folded out by hand and held by friction. Good uniform aging. 28” curved broad fullered s.e. blade with etched, blued and gilt decoration of foliage and trophies of arms to first near half. Etching crisp. Blue fading but bright in places. Gilt bright at forte and weaker toward the point. Brass hilt with stirrup form guard and fully modeled eagle head pommel. Reeded bone grip with a few age checks and small chips as expected.
