Original pencil signed Japanese woodblock print by Kawase Hasui (1883-1957), titled " Benkei Bridge at Asakusa", 1931. This design is illustrated at plate 323 of the Hasui catalogue raisonne by Narazki. The print was published by Watanabe Color Print Co., and is a pre-war printing, as evidenced by the publisher’s seal in the right margin.
The images measures 12 ½ x 8 ¾ inches, plus full margins. It is in very good condition, with no condition problems to note aside from a light crease in bottom right corner.

This triptych has very fresh colors, with black lacquer and metallic highlights. It measures approximately 14 x 27 3/4 inches, fully assembled. The left and center sheets are attached, the right sheet is loose, and there is paper residue along reverse edges.The number "24" was stamped to the left of the title cartouche by the original collector who put together the album that contained this print.

Original Japanese woodblock print by Osaka School master Konishi Hirosada (fl. 1820-1860). This print measures 1/4 x 6 3/8 inches, plus margins. It is in very good condition, aside from a rubbed area near the lower left corner, and a small spot near the actor's ear. It has a typical album backing.
