| Original, Meiji period Japanese woodblock print by Miyagawa Shuntei (1873-1915), depicting three young Japanese girls playing a card game in front of a folding screen. It is from the series Twenty-four Children’s Games. This print is in very good condition, with incredibly fresh colors. There are black lacquer highlights in the screen frame and in the obi worn by the girl in the floral kimono. There is a typical album backing. The image measures 12 5/8 by 8 1/4 inches, plus margins. | |||||
