Original Japanese woodblock print by Ando Hiroshige (1797-1858), titled "Ishiyama Temple and Lake Biwa in Omi Province", 1853. This design is the 22nd plate from the series "Pictures of Famous Places in the Sixty Odd Provinces”, published by Koshimuraya Heisuke. The image measures approximately 13 1/2 x 9 inches, plus margins.
