Wonderful oversized Japanese woodblock print by sosaku hanga school master Jun'ichiro Sekino (1914-1988), depicting
a young boy, most likely his son, Katsuko, holding a rooster. The print is number 41/100 and dated 1957. The print is in very good condition with excellent color. There is a tape stain on the outer edge of the top reverse margin that does not show through to the front and some crinkling in the margins, which is typical of works this large. The image measures approximately 24 ¾ by 19 inches, plus margins. Shipping surcharge, due to size.
