Original Japanese print by Keisuke Serizawa (1895-1984), titled depicting a village scene. Serizawa is the recognized master of Japanese stencil prints; a medium also used by Sadao Watanabe and Yoshitoshi Mori. His works are prized by both woodblock print collectors and fans of mingei (folk art). This print comes with a separate ceriticate that translates as follows:
