Original pencil signed woodblock print by Joichi Hoshi (1913-1979), titled Moon and Tree, 1976. This design is illustrated at plate 354 of “Joichi Hoshi, Catalogue of All Tree Woodblock Prints”, Kato, Tatsuo, Hoshino, Kumeji, Tokyo, 1988. The image measures approximately 7 1/4 x 4 3/4 inches, plus margins. The print is in very good condition, aside from some tape stains and minor foxing on the reverse.
