An unusual bowl, the interior modeled with a single standing dog, the steep rounded sides decorated on the exterior with a crosshatch band, covered overall with olive glaze. Western Jin dynasty in perfect condition. Diameter: Note: A related basin with a single animal, excavated at Changshu, Jiangshu Province and dated in accordance with A.D 282, was included in the exhibition of Gems of China's Cultural Relics.
