A fine set of FIVE CHRISTMAS ANGELS or CHERUBS. The figures are made of molded plastic and are hand-painted with gilt accents. The bases are stamped: Made in Germany. Three are free-standing, each on a red base: 1.)Angel with horn; 2.) Angel with lantern; 3.) Angel with tree. Two of the five are for hanging on the tree and are attached to each other by a cord: 1.) It was issued for use as an Easter ornament but could also be used for Christmas. MINT IN ITS ORIGINAL PICTORIAL BOX. The figure measures 2 1/2 inches in height.
