A RARE HEXAGONAL DIE-CUT CHROMOLITHOGRAPHED PERFUME LABEL FOR "PARFUM NOUVEAU" by Lorenzy-Falanca. Circa 1900. The embossed die-cut label is printed in full colors and gilt. It could be for either a perfume box or perfume bottle. The center of the label is gilt with white lettering: PARFUM NOUVEAU/ PREPARE PAR/ Lorenzy-Falanca. RARE EPHEMERAL BOOKLET "COLGATE'S EXQUISITE PERFUMES". 1915. A small booklet - the embossed covers are printed in color and protected by transparent striped paper. Four of Colgate's perfumes are described and illustrated in color: FLORIENT, RADIANT ROSE, SPLENDOR, and VIOLETTE DE MAI. Also mentioned but not illustrated is ECLAT. The booklet measures 5 1/2 inches x 2 3/8 inches. In very good condition.
