A 14K YELLOW GOLD AND GENUINE SAPPHIRE "BEE" BROOCH OR PENDANT. Stamped 585 and 14K. Hinged straight pin on the back with safety clasp and with a loop so that the item may be worn on a chain. The brooch is formed as a BEE whose head is set with a cluster of seven faceted blue sapphires. The wings and body are highly textured and detailed. The brooch measures 7/8" x 3/4". Gross weight 4 grams. In excellent condition.
