A fine ART DECO period wooden pencil topped with a celluloid decoration formed as a flapper's head. Circa 1920s. The pert miss is wearing a yellow bonnet adorned with three white flowers. She sports bobbed hair, flirty eyes, rosy cheeks and a sweet cupid's bow mouth. The pencil is in unused condition and measures 8 inches in length. Someone has loved and taken care of this pencil for almost ninety years!
A fine vintage sterling silver mechanical pencil. Stamped STERLING. Suspension loop at top. The pen features an all-over engine-turned engraved surface with a blank rectangular cartouche. In excellent condition. It measures 3 1/2 inches in length.
An unusual antique cobalt blue & white desk seal. Circa 1900. The handle appears to be made of bone with eight navette-shaped carved-out white areas allowing the white color of the bone to show up against the cobalt blue covering. The seal has a circular brass base with no engraving. In very fine condition. Measures 2 3/4 inches in height. The base measures 3/4 inches in diameter.
