| A Copeland/Spode plate, C.1917. See enlargement 4 for marks including one indicating this plate was made as an exclusive for Bailey, Banks & Biddle of Philadelphia. The border has three molded and handpainted floral groups. The plate is centered with a transfer design, in full color, of a floral wreath (see separate listing for companion plate which has a different floral center design) Lobed edge. Very light overall crazing otherwise in fine condition with no chips, hairlines, etc. Measures 9 1/8 inches in diameter. | |||||||
