| A fine antique 14K gold (stamped 14K) and pearl stickpin by Unger & Christl; Newark, New Jersey, circa 1905. Stamped on the back with the maker's hallmark of conjoined U and C letters. The top has an openwork scrolled design which is set in the center with a pearl. The firm of Unger & Christl was in business in Newark only from 1905 - 1909. Unger previously had worked with his famous family firm of Unger & Bros. and Victor Christl was a former foreman at Alling & Co. Measures 2 1/2 inches in length. The decorative top measures 5/8 inches in length by 1/2 inch in width. | ||||||
