| A TSAR NICHOLAS II PERIOD SILVER NAPKIN RING. Russia, St. Petersburg. Circa 1896-1917. Stamped with the silver standard mark 84 and with the city mark for St. Petersburg. Also stamped with an unknown maker's mark. The napkin ring features bright-cut floral and foliate engraving on either side of a banner which has an engraved name in cyrillic. There is a very tiny dent close to the stamped marks otherwise the napkin ring is in excellent condition. The napkin ring measures 1 1/2 inches in diameter with a width of 1 1/8 inches. | |||||||
