| HALLOWEEN BLACK CAT. A child's cup and saucer. Circa 1920s. Each piece has a charming design of a black cat. On the cup, the cat's back is arched. He wears a red bow around his neck and is watching a black mouse scurrying away in fear - a red ball of yarn is nearby. Blue background accents. The saucer has a different design - here the cat is seated and looks very contented (but, where's the mouse?). His ball of yarn is at his feet. The cup measures 2 3/8 inches in height. The saucer measures 5 inches in diameter. The pieces are pottery - not bone china - and there is no maker's mark. Minor manufacturer's flaws otherwise in very good condition with only a tiny chip to the base rim of the cup. | ||||||
