Picture image measures 7 1/8 inches by 3 1.2 inches. Signed with the artist's monogram lower left. This fine drawing by the prolific BRITISH ILLUSTRATOR OF CHILDREN'S BOOKS MONRO S. ORR depicts a hooded dwarf who strolls along with his cane and his knapsack on his back. The artist has covered the area within the bold black outline of the design in a light wash for contrast.
