FINE BINDINGS. Three Volumes:1.)OEUVRES DE ALPHONSE DAUDET, 1903; 2.)LE ROMAN D'UN JEUNE HOMME PAUVRE, 1866; 3.)LA BRETE. MON ONCLE ET MON CURE, 1889. Each volume is bound in three-quarter leather with gilt-stamped spines. Two have floral endpapers - one has marbled endpapers (see enlargements 8 & 9). All three books have the former owner's name - Elizabeth Gates Ross - in ink (one with an inscription). The Daudet measures 6 1/2 inches by 4 inches; the Feuillet measures 7 1/2 inches by 5 inches; the La Brete measures 7 inches by 5 inches. All are in very good condition with only slight cover wear (see enlargements).
