| A RARE HEXAGONAL DIE-CUT CHROMOLITHOGRAPHED PERFUME LABEL FOR "PARFUM NOUVEAU" by Lorenzy-Falanca. Circa 1900. The embossed die-cut label is printed in full colors and gilt. It could be for either a perfume box or perfume bottle. The center of the label is gilt with white lettering: PARFUM NOUVEAU/ PREPARE PAR/ Lorenzy-Falanca. This center portion of the label would have been placed over the base of the container and each of the six sides placed over each side of the container. Please see enlargements for details.
