This antique Black Starr & Frost sterling silver repoussé tea strainer, 19th century, is chased and repoussé floral design, blank cartouche for monogram, wood handle probably made of rosewood. Stamped “BLACK STARR & FROST” and “STERLING” on reverse. Length approximately 8 7/8 inches, diameter approximately 4 inches. Excellent estate condition.

This American 19th century coin silver calling card case is decorated with hand engraving depicting a water scene with mountains, paddle wheel boat, and buildings, with allover hand engraving with geometrics and flowers; the reverse is engraved with “M. J. G.” or “M. I. G.” in period script. Unmarked. Approximately 3 ½ inches x 2 ½ inches x 5/16 inch. Weight approximately 45 grams. Excellent estate condition.

Pair of mid century Danish modern sterling silver candleholders, designed by silversmith Hans Hansen and made for the tall skinny candles popular in the middle of the 20th century. Marked on reverse “HANS HANSEN” in script and “DENMARK STERLING.” Each measures approximately 1 7/16 inches x 2 5/8 inches x 2 ¼ inches; weigh approximately 111.3 grams all in. Excellent estate condition.

The sterling silver teapot spout strainer or basket strainer is decorated with hand chasing, repoussé, and hand piercing. Stamped "STERLING" on the bottom. The basket measures approximately 1 1/2 inches x 1 7/8 inches, handle with fork measure approximately 3 3/4 inches in length; basket with handle and fork weigh approximately 23 grams. Excellent estate condition.

English Victorian sterling silver repoussé footed bowl, made in Sheffield England in 1899 by Fenton Bros, LTd, (Fenton Bros. were active 1896-1934), stamped with appropriate marks, measures approximately 3 inches x 4 1/8 inches diameter, weighs approximately 125 grams, dings in bottom of bowl, ding on both cartouches, excellent estate condition considering it’s age.

Pair of antique Baltimore sterling silver open salts, with overall repoussé floral design, each stamped on bottom “STERLING HEENEGEN-BATES CO.” (Hennegen Bates Co. was active in Baltimore 1874-1930), each measures approximately 7/8 inch x 1 9/16 inches diameter, together they weigh approximately 34 grams, heavier oxidation on one, particularly in the interior, excellent estate condition.
