Gold mesh coin purse with attached chain and thumb ring, set with cabochon sapphires at the clasp. Marked 14k. Length from top of catch to bottom of mesh measures approximately 2 7/8 inches, width of purse frame approximately 2 1/2 inches, length of chain approximately 3 1/2 inches excluding the ring, diameter approximately 3/4 inches. Total weight approximately 35 grams. Pristine condition.
