One of our collection of sunburst carved and gilt mirrors. These mirrors are varied in age, style and gilding. This oval mirror has a main mirror surrounded by smaller multi paned mirrors, again surrounded by carved sun rays. The mirror has aged beautifully.

A carved and gilt sunburst mirror. The gold has darkened to a beautiful patina. Peru. Some cracking to the small mirror panels, consistent with age. Early to Mid 20th C.

A magnificent round sunburst mirror, with excellent gilding, complete with hints of red boule showing through the gold. Many small mirrors surround the large beveled center mirror, some of the small mirrors are cracked with age. Continental. Early to Mid 20th C. 36" dia.
