Thin steel blue silk gauze brocaded with design of four-clawed dragons chasing the flaming pearl above lishui and amidst clouds. The mang dragon in profile holding the pearl. Condition: several old repairs, splits, tears and thin areas. Part of the front is folded and sewn together with backside. Dimension unextended: 170 cm x 64.5 cm.

Two separately framed Mandarin squares of a male child. A front and back buzi with an appliqued silver pheasant bird, denoting the fifth civil rank. Silk thread couched on dark fabric, the flowers embroidered in Peking knot. Condition: old unopened western frames, textiles slightly out of place, some loose and few missing threads. Hand colored copper plate etching, trimmed and glued on old cardboard, beneath with an old label in French, written in ink: "Arc de triomphe a Canton en Chine". Designed by P. van Blanckaert and etched by G.G. Winckler in Augsburg Germany, in the second half of the 18th century. Depicting the view of a triumphal arch at Canton. Condition: Trimmed, mounted on cardboard, small but old fissure, lightly stained. Dimension: Etching 27,5 cm x 40,8 cm. / cardboard 35,2 cm x 48,5 cm.

A carved bamboo Shoulao portrayed standing, holding a staff, with characteristic tall bulging forehead and bald scalp. Five boys are playing and clambering over and around him. The wood, dark brown in tone, with traces of red and gold color. Condition: Tip of the nose and one thumb rebuilt, end of staff missing, minor losses (see pictures). Dimension: 31 cm height. Weight: 722 gram.

Bulgy shape dressed with an opaque grey green glaze. Two small ring handles set on the shoulders connected to the canted rim. Grey white stoneware, the exposed areas turned in reddish-brown. Concave base. Condition: Base with tiny chips, the surface slightly scratched. Dimensions: 8,5 cm high and 11,5 cm diameter. Weight: 370 gram.
