| Half liter figural beer stein shaped like a skull resting on a student's fraternity book, inscribed "Gaudeamus gitur, Juvenes dum sumus" (So let us be joyful, as long as we are young people). Made of porcelain with a dull glaze, only the dents with a shiny one. Base with stamped manufacturer's mark Schierholz and the thumb-lifts cast in pewter. Condition: fine.
