Lovely little olive green thick walled squat glass bottle. Has a short neck with round squat body. No rim on this small example however has a concave base. Has areas of encrustation on the surface. Dates to approx 200 to 300 AD. Intact and measures 2.25 inches in height. Provenance: From the collection of Alex G. Malloy, former dealer in antiquities for 40 years. |
