Large 17th C. Tibetan thangka of Yeshe Tsogyal in union with a Bodhisattva. Painting measures 56" x 34". Painting shows usual signs of wear and edges where the mounting used to attach are darkened. The use of modeling (shading to show dimensionality)is found on the deities' bodies and is quite rare in Tibetan art. Yeshe Tsogyal was one of the greatest yogis in Tibetan history and was the consort of Padmasambhava.
!8th C. Tibetan thangka of an Arhat, the guardians of the North and West, Amitabha Buddha (Buddha of Infinite Light) and a tiger. Painting without silk mounting measures 20" x 13.5. The silk mounting has several tears on the top and bottom where the thangka is attached to the dowels. See photos.

A superb large Tibetan statue of Yama, the lord of death and a protector in Tibetan Buddhism. This piece is extreamly expressive and alive as in the best Tibetan sculpture. The statue is very large: 23 inches high (58cm), 17 inches wide (@43cm). It weighs about 70 pounds and the based is weighted. It is very rare to find large pieces of this quality anymore.
A beautiful 17th C. Tibetan Lama. 6 icnhes high, 4.35 inches at base, 2.75 wide at base. Chocolate dark Bronze with silver inlay rosettes on the robe collar. Exquisitly etched floral patters on robe and base.
