This is a beautiful Limoges cabinet plate, ca.1890, bearing the Limoges mark of the Coiffe porcelain factory as well as that of Guerin-Pouyat-Elite; featuring molded borders in pale blue within gilt rims and centered with a delicately handpainted spray of lilacs; condition: excellent, no chips, cracks, or crazing; gilt on rims is faded; measurement: 9 inches diam.
This is a striking Japanese Imari porcelain hexagonal plate boldly decorated with an underglaze cobalt blue large scale design reminiscent of a textile pattern, having a broad scalloped border rim, wavy potting on top of plate, very heavy, greige ground color, the base having a single spur mark, measuring 10 in x 11 3/4 in; Original condition, several rim chips.
This is an ornate American sterling silver baby food pusher made by Whiting Manufacturing Company in the "HYPERION" Pattern, circa 1888; the inside base of the front handle marked with the maker's mark and STERLING. the outside of the pusher having beautiful repousse, back of pusher monogrammed in Italics JPM; Measurements-handle 3 3/4 inches long, the blade measures 1 5/8 inches across. This is one of three Edwardian sterling souvenir spoons, each with London hallmarks and makers’ mark for Wakley and Wheeler; two are date stamped 1913, the third, 1915; each richly cast with rope-twist and foliate handles with heraldic shield terminals engraved "B&H" and "I.R.C."
