| This whimsical fob is a sailor's hand-carved whale bone ivory fist, a common motif during the Victorian Period. The fob is comprised of a beautifully detailed hand with pointed index finger. The heart shaped base of the piece adds a touch of whimsy and romance. Possibly a 19th century Valentines Day gift? It is attached to an antique gold filled watch chain. Size: Fob-1 3/4".
