The CIA Medal of Merit is awarded to CIA staff for acts considered far beyond normal duties and is among the very highest honors bestowed by the Central Intelligence Agency. The official raised seal of the CIA includes an eagle and shield with oak leaf cluster on the front and a laurel wreath surrounding the name of the recipient on the reverse. Condition: excellent.
