Elegant Glass Cobalt and Crystal 7 1/2" Handled Basket

I don't know who made this elegant crystal basket (Duncan and Miller perhaps, based on color and style); it has a cobalt bowl with a clear twisted, hand-applied handle. The basket measures 6 1/2" high, 4" wide, and 7 1/2" long and is in excellent condition. The only issue I see was made in manufacturing, when the handles were applied, there is some roughness at the attached area where the maker pressed the handle in with the tongs to attach it. I've seen this before in baskets made by Fenton.
