This opulent cluster ring is tricky to date, but definitely has age, based on the width of the band and the buttery, slightly rosy color of the gold. Its former owner found it at a show, severely in need of professional cleaning, and and was told by her jeweler that it was likely antique. I'm being more conservative, by just calling it vintage. The marquis-cut central emerald is natural, I'm told, and it appears to have the rich hue typical of Columbian emeralds. Around the emerald are 3 stair-stepped rows of small diamonds, arranged in a marquis shape. All stones are open at the back for maximal brilliance. Prongs are of white gold, while the band (hallmarked 10K) is yellow, so it will look good with other jewelry of either color. Current size is a U.S. 6.
This is one of those super-showy rings that make people turn green with envy. They don't need to know how little you paid!
There's no charge for insured U.S. shipping and gift wrap is always free if desired. Thanks for looking!
