Two charming little Art Déco sailor boys, one with a saxophone, the other playing a banjo, sitting. Unmarked except for incised numbers to one of the figurines, but probably modelled by Hungarian Wiener Werkstätte artist Maria Ráhmer in the 1930's. Height of the standing boy 5 ½"/ 14 cm, of the sitting 3 ¾"/ 9 cm. Condition: minor restoration to hair ends of both boys.

Painted overglaze decoration of stylized flowers in orange, red, blue and green over very light green and beige, typical nuances of the period, c 1810-20. Unmarked, possibly Russian (Popov?). Height: 3 ½"/ 9,5 cm, diam. of saucer: 5 ¼"/ 13 cm. Condition: wear to the gilt and loss of part of the blue decoration.

English Worcester coffee can, soft paste porcelain, c.1800. Ring handle and slightly curved upper rim, decoration in orange and gilt. Incised B for the Barr administration, 1792-1804. Height: "2 ¼ /6 cm. Condition: fine.

A Wedgwood mug designed by Richard Guyatt in celebration of the coronation of Elizabeth II, 1953. Printed decoration in black of wreaths, forming a unicorn and a lion flanking the Royal Crown. Around the inside rim: God Save the Queen. Height: "4/10,5 cm. Condition: fine.

An English blue and white Jasperware cheese plate by Wedgwood. Marks for after 1891, and with impressed Y, probably for 1896. Diam: "9 ¾ /23,5 cm, height: "1/2,5 cm. Condition: scratch marks to the well, and a chip to under side of rim.

Part Wedgwood black basalt coffee service. Coffee pot, twelve small coffee cans and eleven saucers. The widow knob and shape of the pot copies a late 18th century design, just like the handles and the cylindrical shape of the cans. All pieces are marked "Wedgwood" and "Made in England" (= after 1910). Height of coffee pot: "6 ½ /17 cm, of cans: "2 ¼ /5,5 cm. Condition: the coffee pot with a few scratch marks as seen on photos, otherwise fine.

A nice English coffee can and saucer bowl, c 1815. Blue under-glaze and gilt decoration of Persian (Paisley) flowers against a "seaweed" pattern typical of the period. Unmarked, but the shape of the handle with its two kicks could indicate Ridgway or Hicks & Meigh. Height of can: "2 ¼ /6 cm, diam. of saucer bowl: "5 ½ /14 cm. Condition: a hairline and wear to the gilt of the can, otherwise fine.

Pepper and salt set, probably 1960's, marked Made in England. When put together the two halves form a white sphere, when apart they display a printed decoration in black of two stylized lions, the design in the manner of Richard Guyatt. Height: "3 ¼ /8 cm. Condition: fine.
