An English “ménage a trois”, where parties of slightly different patterns in grey and gilt have been "married" into a trio. Rococo revival decoration, c 1830. Coalport Adelaide shape and pattern numbers 847, 120 and 599. Height of larger cup "3 ½ / 8,5 cm and diam. of saucer "6 / 15 cm. Condition: minimal wear to the gilt.

A stoneware / stein beaker or vase by Mettlach (Villeroy & Boch), modelled as a naturalistic tree trunk, surrounded by grape vines in green, brown and blue. “Agate” ware, made up of contrasting clays, c 1850. With applied VB seal mark and model number 304. Height: appr. "4/ 10 cm. Condition: small flake to the border (cf. photo).

Two stoneware /stein beakers or vases by Mettlach (Villeroy & Boch), both modelled as naturalistic tree trunks, surrounded by grape vines with platinum gilding. “Agate”ware, made up of contrasting clays, c 1850. One vase with applied VB seal mark and model number 304, the other with the model number incised. Height: "4/ 10,3 and appr. "4/ 10 cm. Condition: both with a hairline or crack, one with a small flake to the rim (cf. photos).

A facetted pottery bowl by Waechtersbach, Germany, c 1920. Late Art Nouveau design with a border of vines and grapes in blue, green and violet against a puce background of lineated “crackles”. On the back the Waechtersbach factory mark and model number 6761. Diameter "8/ 20 cm. Condition: a few minimal glaze nicks to the border (cf. photos).

Part of a childs coffee service and a dinner service, also part, by Villeroy & Bosch, c 1900. Silk screen printed in the Poppy pattern. This pattern was produced 1874 - 1909 and the mark on the back is from the Villeroy & Bosch factory in Dresden, Germany (working from 1856 to 1945). Diam. of smallest plates "3 ¾ / 10 cm, height of cream jug / "2 ½ / 6,5 cm. Condition: fine.

A nice pair of blue and white Dutch Delft plates. “Pancake” shaped, flat, decorated with a central flower framed by four vases and scrollwork. The back of both marked with a cross. Early 18th century. Diam: "9/ 22,7 cm. Condition: usual rim frits and nicks to both plates, and a star crack to one as seen on photos.
