| A frame of brilliant cut diamonds surrounds the faceted pyramid shape of a rich purple amethyst. The geometry is strong in the rounded square, raised domed stone and triangle cuts in the collet. Warm and cool colors of white gold, white diamonds and royal amethyst bring an elegance to this ring that is felt immediately upon seeing it. The contrast of color and form, and the low to high depths, create a physical tension that reverberates in the onlooker time and again. Brilliant diamonds outline the shoulders of the strap which fits a size 6 1/2 finger. It can be adjusted to size. This is the first contemporary jewel included in my inventory in a 25 year period of collecting. The beauty inspired me. | ||||||
