This is a great rare Cloisonne enamel box. The work and design are very unique. The mottled enamel colors and subject matter strongly suggest that Honda is the artist. The rims are also Bronze and appear to have never been silver plated. Condition is very good. There is scuffing to the bottom corners and a very minute flake/pit near the foo dog decoration. The best way to find it is by feel. The box measures 5 1/4 inches by 4 inches.

The rims are silver and it is signed on the bottom. The vase stands 10 inches tall and is 8 inches wide. Condition is excellent.
