This is a wonderful Japanese Cloisonne lidded bowl, done in the "Plique A Jour" style. It is like having two bowls in one. This piece is unique in its large size measuring 4 7/8" across and is 3 1/2" tall. An array of colorful and bright florals decorate this exquisite bowl both top and bottom. This is a beautiful old Japanese Imari bowl. This fine piece has large cartouches inside the bowl. These alternate and feature an ornate Ho bird, and a very bright stylized dragon chasing a flaming pearl in the other. Imari blues, golds, iron reds and touches of blues and greens are used. A gold band decorated with orange florals, circles the top area of the bowl and divides the panels. The decorations are done in thick heavy enamels, and are beautiful. This is a large Japanese Cloisonne plate done in the Kyoto style. The enamel colors are very similar to those used by Namikawa factory. The enamel and gold wire work also look very similar to the high quality tea sets often attributed to Namikawa Yasuyuki. The plate also has similarities to the work of two other artists, Honda and Goto. The plate measures 12 inches across and is in excellent condition.

This is a wonderful Japanese Cloisonne vase. The quality and workmanship are superb. The design of the butterflies is also better than most, even better than some of the signed Hayashi vases I have seen. The vase stands 5 inches high and is 5 inches wide. Condition is excellent.

This is a beautiful large Japanese Satsuma vase from the master, Sozan. It is signed Sozan but there are no Kinkozan marks to be found. The work is wonderful,rich, and precise. Condition is in excellent except for some wear to the gold on the top rim. The vase stands 11 1/12 inches tall.

This is a beautiful Meiji era Japanese Silver Ikebana bowl. The work is fabulous. Even the woven silver lid is sculpted to a bamboo design. It is an extremely rare design. There were only a few like this ever made and this is the only one I have seen. The bowl and lid are in excellent condition and the raised relief work is crisp. Over polishing erodes the designs of these pieces. The bowl and lid weigh 1024 grams. It measures 8 ½ inches across and 6 inches tall.

This is a Wonderful Japanese Cloisonne plate signed by Hattori Tadasaburo. He was one of the Imperial artists. The use of wire and wireless enamels makes this piece look very much like a Namikawa Sosuke. It is signed on the back in red enamel and it measures 12 inches across. Condition is excellent. There are some pits inherent to the firing. These are mostly near the outer rim.

This is a very fine example of Japanese Satsuma. It was made by Hankinzan who is one of the great Satsuma artists. The condition is excellent and nearly mint. The pot measures 4 inches across.

This is a beautiful Japanese cloisonne jar by Namikawa Yasuyuki. The Jar stands 3 1/4 inches tall. There are some very slight scuffs to the enamel and two very tiny surface flakes/hits that look like pitting. It displays very well and these flaws are not easily noticed.

This is a beautiful old Chinese Ivory Snuff bottle. We were told by a Chinese Antique Expert that was indeed an Imperial piece. The carving is exquisite. The bottle stands 3 1/2 inches tall is in very good condition.
