This is an early Japanese Cloisonne Vase by Ogasawara Shuzo. It is not signed but we have a smaller version of this vase that is signed. Because of the size this would be a good display piece for a decorator or an item of interest for a cloisonné collector. The vase is just under 10 inches tall and is very heavy. There are two areas of damage one is a hit the other a crack.

The top and bottom rims appear to be bronze. It stands 15” tall. There is a small hit shaped like a half circle that is hard to notice(see the last image). A great example from the Golden Age.
