This is a great early Japanese Cloisonne Vase. It is not signed but was made by either Namikawa, Honda, or Shibata. The vase is very heavy and actually much nicer than the images show. The ultra fine silver wire work above the dragon and Phoenix panels is unbelievable. It stands 6 1/2" tall and is 4 1/4" wide. There is wear to the Gilt rims otherwise it is in fine condition.

POR

This is a great and rare Japanese Cloisonne Tea set. The enamel work and gradation of colors are fabulous. The enamel is nearly pit free. Though not signed we believe the artist was Goto. Look closely at the images to see the wonderful work and design. The set is in excellent condition with only a slight bump to the bottom edge of one of the cups and wear to the silver. This boxed set is extremely rare and most likely a one of a kind antique.
