| This is a superb Japanese Cloisonne Enamel Vase. It stands 9" tall and is 6 ½" wide. It has a very unusual shape on this piece and is heavy. The has a stylized designer look with large scrolling artistic vines and leaves decorated over a deep Navy blue/green ground. The enamel has soft varying shades of blue that graduate from dark blue, almost purple at the tip of the leaves to a lighter deep Sapphire. The vase is old but probably not quite an antique. We believe it is from the 1920's. | |||||||
