| This is a wonderful Japanese Satsuma vase signed by Meizan. It closely resembles some Yabu Meizan pieces we have seen. The gourd shape and the many different size butterflies make this vase unique. Some of the smallest butterflies are enameled. The work is excellent and better than the images show. Condition is very good with only minor wear to the gold. The vase stands 5 ½ inches tall. | |||||||||||
