| This is a very rare Japanese Cloisonne vase by Ando. The ground color is a rar shade of purple and the shape is exquisite. The vase was possibly made as early as 1910. The rims are silver and are stamped. The vase also comes with the original custom made hardwood stand. The vase is 14 ½ inches tall without the stand and tapers down to just 2 ½ inches across at the base. Just at tiny crack in the enamel otherwise perfect.(see last image).
