Fantastic Shino Ware tea bowl with great feel. It has a design featuring mountains and pine trees which symbolize longevity. The bowl has a milky-white glaze showing ash marks in the glaze. It has the characteristic nest holes (suana).The citron skin finish (yuzuhada) is highly favored by Tea Masters. Condition: Excellent. Height: 3.2" (aprox 8 cm). Width: 5" (12.7 cm). Japanese Sake cup - Hagi ware with box - Beautiful blue glaze work of Seigan Yamane. The cup has the maker's signature mark stamped on the bottom. Height: 2.0" (5 cm). Diameter: aprox 2.5" (6.5 cm). Condition: The cup has a chip in the edge cover by the glaze, apparently made during the manufacturing process (please, see photos).

Excellent Hidasuki Bizen Yunomi by renowned potter Tozo Konishi. This piece has 3 Kanji Japanese character that make this yunomi (tea cup) unique. Mr. Tozo have received several prizes. The most remarkable award: Toyo Kaneshige prize in 1988. Antique French medallion with Virgin Mary realized in silver vermeille with enamel and vitreaux. Ivory frame. Signed A. Gascon. Circa 1850-1880. Excellent Condition with original casing. 2.5" diameter, 3.75" tall with hanging loop.

Splendid vase made in France in the last quarter of the 19th Century. Cobalt-blue porcelain slender ovoid body finely painted with angelical theme (signed). Marble base, molded bronze cloisonne on the shoulder, neck and foot. Excellent condition. Height 9", diameter 2.25" aprox.

Beautiful bronze and ivory sculptured figure depicting a young woman wearing a period dress with hat. One of her arms supports a parasol. The angled stance makes for a dynamic sculpture. Possibly Romanian.
The piece rests on an oval onyx pedestal.

From the 1900 period, we are offering this ornate statue of the Virgin Mary holding Baby Jesus.
The figures and crown are made of silver with parts gilded in gold. The Virgin Mary is standing on top of a column, which is supported by an alabaster marble base.Circa 1900.

This item is in good condition with the exception of a hole on the center of the column as shown in the picture.

Handmade of colonial silver, this "mate" cup is of Uruguayan origin from the 1850-1870 period.
"Mate" is a special cup for drinking "yerba mate" a popular tea brewed from the leaves of a native holly (Ilex Paraguariensis). The perforated silver straw used for drinking the "mate" contains leaves carving.

Art Nouveau bronze and enamel clock displaying a handpainted outdoor scene of two young women and sheep in tones of blue, paint on ivory. Clock and chime are functioning. Late 1800 or early 1900. Measures: 3" high, 3" wide.

Marvelous assembly with a great deal of movement. Possibly Russian, circa 1800 (there are no visible seals or markings) and is in its original box.
